GooD DeeD Welfare Foundation

It is believed that Sports is an excellent medium for human development and India has tremendous amount of hidden potential to excel in the field of Sports. Influenced by India’s incredible record haul of 19 medals at the Tokyo Paralympic, 2022, we are inspired and motivated to launch our NGO. It is common knowledge and it goes without saying that those who have experienced hardships at a very early age, generally face several difficulties in fulfilling their aspirations throughout their lives. In order to address the challenges, build character and provide a strong support system to overcome multiple challenges faced by the economically backward, under privileged, Special children, Para Sportspersons, the Deaf and the Dumb we have created an NGO aptly named ‘GooD DeeD Welfare Foundation’.

We aim to channelise their efforts, transform their energy in the proper direction, create a platform for their empowerment and help them to achieve their goals, we have embarked upon an ambitious and noble journey to professionally train the economically backward, under privileged, Special children, Para Sportspersons, the Deaf and the Dumb Table Tennis enthusiasts.
As a first step in the right direction, efforts will be made to seek patronage of charitable foundations, NGO’s and Corporates to jointly organise Coaching to be provided round the year not only to economically backward, under privileged, Special children, PARA Sportspersons, the Deaf and the Dumb but also to all boys and girls above 5 and below 7 years of age. Besides conducting Intensive Coaching Camps round the year, it is also proposed to conduct State and National level Tournaments.
Further, we have devised as strategy to organise Talent Search Competitions. This is a unique concept formulated to identify hidden potential and tap raw talent at the grass-root levels. We intend selecting the most promising, deserving and needy players so that they are groomed physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally in such a manner that they are bound to benefit go on to secure Medals at the International level in the years to come.
One of the keys objectives and priorities of our Foundation will be to promote health care and safe guard our elderly former players who are currently facing severe medical issues. A 24/7 HEALTHCARE HELPLINE SERVICE wherein routine health check-ups will be held at regular intervals to make them fitter, happier and cheerful. Our volunteers will strive to take care of their basic needs and also monitor their progress so that they are kept in the best of health.
We have full faith not only in our own capabilities but also in our trainees who are bound to earn glory not only for themselves, our Institution but also for our country in the near future. We endeavour that history will be created when one of our trainees secures a podium finish at the International Event. At the same time, we are extremely hopeful and also confident that the day is not very far when the visible and significant contributions made by the Foundation towards the betterment of the Table Tennis fraternity are duly acknowledged and also rewarded. With this primary objective in mind, we have already initiated constructive steps necessary for the promotion, improvement and overall development of the game of Table Tennis.
We have undertaken this mammoth responsibility and commenced this herculean task with the proper perspective, the right intentions and in a professionally planned manner. While marshalling all the available resources at our disposal, we trust and hope to implement the tenets of Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) on our long journey ahead.
‘GooD DeeD Welfare Foundation’ is a non-profit, non-government organization dedicated to improving the lives of economically backward, under privileged, Special children, PARA Sportspersons, the Deaf and the Dumb.
